Executive Personal Concierge (EPC) has been supporting older adults and families across Melbourne for over 10 years.
We’re a boutique, values-driven service delivering personalised care and concierge support that helps clients live independently, with dignity, and with genuine connection.

We’re expanding and looking for a dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our Senior Concierge team.
This role is focused on in-home and community visits, providing day-to-day support to our elderly clients.
This suits someone who enjoys flexible, meaningful work directly supporting clients in the community.

• Deliver respectful, person-centred care in clients’ homes.
• Provide companionship, social engagement, and transport to appointments or outings.
• Assist with daily living, mobility, and light personal care.
• Support household activities such as shopping, meal prep, and errands.

• Experience in aged care, disability, or community support.
• Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Community) or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and reliable.
• Confidence using phones, apps, and email.
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Police Check, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR (current).
• COVID-19 vaccination (in line with industry standards).
