About the Role

We’re expanding and looking for a dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our Senior Concierge team.
This is a dynamic role combining client care and coordination.
You’ll work closely with the Directors from our Camberwell office and also visit clients in their homes and communities.
This role suits someone who enjoys both structure and variety — office admin, coordination, and hands-on client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients through companionship, transport, and light personal or household assistance.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and staff rostering.
  • Maintain client records, reports, and documentation.
  • Provide input into improving processes and client experience.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in aged care, disability, or community support.
  • Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Community) or equivalent (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, professional, and reliable.
  • Confidence using phones, apps, and email.
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Police Check, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR (current).
  • COVID-19 vaccination (in line with industry standards).
